Terms and Conditions Policy for Rock Concert Attendance (Israel)

Effective Date: April 21st, 2025

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event organized by Amiton Production (“the Organizer”), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are binding for all attendees.

1. General Admission

1.1. Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket purchased through authorized channels.
1.2. Attendees must present a government-issued ID alongside their ticket upon request.
1.3. Entry may be denied or revoked without refund in case of non-compliance with these terms.

2. Age Restrictions

2.1. Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
2.2. Some events may have age restrictions; please check the specific event details before purchasing.

3. Prohibited Items and Behavior

3.1. The following are strictly prohibited:

Weapons, drugs, fireworks, or hazardous materials
Alcohol (unless sold on-site by licensed vendors)
Outside food or beverages
Professional recording equipment (without prior approval)

3.2. Disorderly, abusive, or violent behavior will result in immediate removal.
3.3. Respectful conduct is expected toward performers, staff, and fellow attendees at all times.

4. Security and Safety

4.1. All attendees and their belongings are subject to search upon entry.
4.2. Security personnel are authorized to enforce all event policies.
4.3. In the event of an emergency, follow all instructions from staff and emergency services.

5. Weather and Force Majeure

5.1. Outdoor concerts will proceed in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.
5.2. The Organizer is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, acts of terrorism, or national emergencies.

6. Ticket Refunds and Changes

7. Media and Recordings

7.1. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
7.2. The Organizer retains all rights to any footage captured at the event.

8. Liability

8.1. Attendees assume all risks related to attendance and participation.
8.2. The Organizer is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen items, or property damage unless caused by gross negligence.

9. Compliance with Israeli Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
9.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv.
